About OIH

The company was established in 1975 by Ejlif Skøtt, who is still the owner and is often seen behind the steering wheel.

Today we run a 2-horse Stablehopper build on a 180 bhp MAN TGE stallion version, a 2-horse 180 bhp Fiat Ducato and a 5-horse MAN TGM XL with 250 bhp. All horseboxes with automatic gearbox and all possible equipment like CCTV, air-suspension, aut. waterbowl for each horse and crib/haynet.. After the horseboxes we have the possibility to tow our 2-horse Stablehopper trailer with sideramp. In the trailer the horses travel backwards like in our horseboxes, and the trailer is equiped with all the same features as our horseboxes. We do of course have all required permissions and approvals. 

All vehicles are environment friendly Euro 6 vehicles!

WE ARE CURRENTLY THE ONLY DANISH TRANSPORT COMPANY WITH AUTORISATION AND APPROVED VEHICLES FOR TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM!

Everybody behind the steering wheel with Odense Int´l Hestetransport, are very experienced horsemen/women and drivers. Every week we drive several thousands kilomters in Europe and we are all active riders in our time off.
